For more than 30 years, Eric has represented some of the regions most successful firms, helping them develop effective real estate strategies. He helps clients by negotiating leases that address the client’s strategic goals and objectives. Negotiating thousands of real estate leases, combined with his own experience as a business owner, has given Eric a very meaningful perspective into how he can best leverage support for his clients. Clients range from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms. Eric is accomplished at leveraging the market to renew leases; restructuring unaligned leases; obtaining new facilities; developing ground up build to suit; and engaging corporate headquarters lease renewals and relocations.
Eric is passionate about community service and holds several professional and community leadership positions. He is a graduate of UC Irvine, a former researcher at Stanford University and holds a certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Washington. Eric has four incredible adult children and in his free time enjoys travel, golf, and community service work.
