Eric’s skill in amplifying his client’s real estate outcome has been refined by negotiating thousands of commercial real estate leases and sales. His clients range from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms. Typical assignments include leveraging the market to renew leases; restructuring and subletting unaligned leases; obtaining new facilities; developing ground up build to suit; and engaging corporate headquarters lease renewals and relocations.
Eric is passionate about community service and holds several professional and community leadership positions. He is a graduate of UC Irvine, a former researcher at Stanford University and holds advanced credentials in commercial real estate from the University of Washington. Eric has four incredible adult children and in his free time enjoys travel, golf, and community service work.
