Larry began his career in 1986 with JMB Office Leasing Co. in Seattle and later worked in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was then hired by the real estate affiliate of the Government of Singapore to oversee the leasing of their West Coast office properties. Larry has overseen extensive real estate assets in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix.
After joining Washington Partners, Inc., Larry leveraged his real estate experience to serve local, regional and national tenants with creative office space solutions. By combining his extensive knowledge of space evaluation and economic analysis with his negotiating abilities, Larry delivers uncompromising client satisfaction while at the same time fostering positive landlord/tenant relationships.
Larry, a Seattle native, and his wife have three children.
