Clay has spent his entire 15-year career focusing on tenant advisory services and distinguished himself as one of the leading commercial real estate advisors in the Puget Sound Region. He began his real estate career with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, immediately after graduating from the University of Washington, where he developed excellent business relationships and an extensive knowledge of the downtown Seattle market.
In 1997, Clay helped found Washington Partners. His work ethic and market knowledge have earned accolades from a long list of clients.
Clay’s track record currently covers transactions with total value of over $1 billion.
