Doug began his commercial real estate career in 1986 working with a tenant representation firm, Steven C. Johnson & Associates. One year later, he joined the New York-based firm of Cushman & Wakefield where he worked for 12 years. Doug was honored as the "Number One Agent" for both the Bellevue and Seattle offices, and was a finalist for SIOR Office Broker of the Year.
In 1997, Doug was one of the four professionals who founded Washington Partners. Today he specializes exclusively in downtown Seattle office leasing, using his knowledge and negotiating skills to secure favorable lease conditions for a diverse array of clients.
Doug is very involved with his children’s sports teams, and coaches Northeast Seattle Little League Baseball and Soccer teams.
