Steve began his commercial real estate career in 1980 when he joined UNICO Properties in Seattle. In 1984 Steve was recruited to join JMB Realty Corporation to lead the leasing/marketing of their Northwest Region; including, the newly acquired, 50-story Safeco Plaza in Seattle.
In 1997 Steve joined forces with three other prominent real estate professionals to found Washington Partners, Inc. Today, Steve and his partners negotiate more office leases on behalf of tenants than any other Seattle real estate firm. Steve has represented the office lease interests of numerous professional service firms, governmental agencies, transportation companies, foreign trade firms, and non profit organizations. Steve is the Designated Broker for Washington Partners, Inc.
Steve, a Seattle native, and his wife Shannon, have three children.
