Pat began his real estate career in 1991 when he joined CB Commercial Real Estate Group (now CB Richard Ellis) and quickly established himself as an industry leader for his tenant advisory skills.
In 1997, he was a founding member of Washington Partners, Inc. Today, Pat and his partners negotiate more office leases on behalf of tenants than any other firm in the Puget Sound area. Pat uses his extensive market knowledge to turn roadblocks into opportunities. He has been the catalyst in finalizing highly complex assignments that encompass local fast-growing companies, national and international work and multifaceted sales.
