Adam began his real estate career on the management consulting side for shopping mall owner General Growth Properties. In early 2001, he joined Equity Office Properties and served as a senior analyst in the company’s Portfolio Management team. There he worked with the company’s top officers on acquisitions, developments and investment strategies for the firm’s extensive commercial real estate holdings.
At Washington Partners, Adam’s focus on Seattle businesses has proven valuable in helping companies with their long-term real estate planning. He involves himself extensively in utilizing his market knowledge, analytical background and proven negotiation skills to secure the most advantageous results for his clients.
Adam involves himself with various charities tied to the local Seattle area.
