Adam brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to Washington Partners’ tenant advocacy services. Prior to joining Washington Partners, Adam managed the real estate efforts for top Fortune 500 companies, including Key Bank, Verizon and Western Wireless. Adam has overseen billion-dollar portfolios that included over 7 Million square feet of premises and $120 Million of rent roll and operating expenses. He has experience with office, retail and telecom network facilities.

Adam lives in Bellevue with his wife and daughter. Adam is an avid cyclist who has completed the STP (Seattle to Portland), RSVP (Seattle to Vancouver B.C.) and Lance Armstrong Foundation Livestrong Challenge.
