Leo has distinguished himself as one of the leading commercial real estate advisors in the Puget Sound Region, focusing on tenant advisory services. He began his real estate career in 1986 with Leibsohn & Company, where he was a partner in the firm. Leo, along with two partners, opened the Bellevue office of Washington Partners in January of 2001.
Leo’s client focused practice includes 15+ year relationships with SumTotal Systems, City University and Vulcan, Inc. Leo currently lives in Bellevue with his wife and three sons, and in his spare time enjoys coaching his sons in youth sports, and playing golf.
