Eric began his career as a tenant representative in 1983 in the Newport Beach office of Cushman and Wakefield. Over the years Eric has served in industry leadership positions and has managed several successful real estate companies. He is recognized as one of the region’s leading tenant advocates and on two occasions has been a finalist for SIOR Office broker of the year.
At Washington Partners, Eric exclusively represents end-users of office and industrial property. He brings a unique advantage to negotiations by applying his many years of experience as a tenant representative while utilizing the numerous personal insights gained through years of first hand experience managing a successful company.
Eric enjoys golf, sports, and spending time with his wife and four children.
