Eric has specialized in the leasing and sale of office and high technology related space since 1988. Focusing exclusively on the representation of tenants in Puget Sound, Eric is a creative thinker, skilled in originating unique opportunities that compliment rather than constrain his client’s business plan. Eric prides himself on the high level of customer service he provides his clients following the completion of transactions.
In 2001, Eric, along with two other partners, founded the Bellevue office of Washington Partners.
