Eric entered the commercial real estate profession in 1996, and has exclusively practiced tenant representation since 2001. Prior to corporate real estate, he worked for a law firm that specializes in complex timberland litigation.
In 2001, Eric was one of six brokers who opened the Bellevue office for Washington Partners.
Eric is an avid cyclist and runner, and a member of the Byrne Invent / Jet City Velo cycling team. Over the years, he has raised money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Fisher House and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by participating in a variety of athletic endurance events.
