Quorum is a nationally recognized independent review board composed of a group of diverse individuals who collectively represent a wealth of expertise in various aspects of clinical research.
Quorum engaged Washington Partners to create viable alternatives that would address the company’s ongoing expansion needs. Washington Partners collaborated with Quorum’s architect to identify several prospective buildings in Seattle’s core that would fit the bill. Using other properties as leverage, Washington Partners succeeded in structuring a well below market rental rate, a Turnkey Tenant Improvement Package, and contractual flexibility which guaranteed expansion space through the duration of the term of the lease.
