City University of Seattle is one of the Northwest's largest, private, not-for-profit institutions of higher education. Its mission is to change lives for good by offering high quality and relevant lifelong education to anyone with the desire to learn.
City University was located in a small elementary school in east Bellevue in the late 1980’s when Washington Partners began working with this educational institution. Transactions during this 20 year relationship have included leasing of their corporate offices and main campus totaling 120,000 square feet in Bellevue. Other assignments have included 25,000 square foot campuses in Renton, Tacoma and Vancouver, and 10,000 square foot campuses in Northgate and Everett, Washington and Vancouver BC. Washington Partners has also assisted in several other Canadian branch campuses including Victoria BC, and Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta.
