Washington Partners has assisted MulvannyG2 Architecture in its corporate office space of 100,000 square feet in Bellevue, and is assisting with its office in Washington D.C. MulvannyG2 is interested in designing and owning a portion of its next corporate office building in downtown Bellevue where it would occupy 125,000 square feet. Washington Partners has assembled a team to uncover sites that could fit with this project, and will advise in the project scope and feasibility phase, developer selection, and financial underwriting.
