Wyndham Vacation Ownership, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN), is the world’s largest vacation ownership business. Wyndham Vacation Ownership includes marketing and sales of vacation ownership interests, property management services to property owners' associations, and development and acquisition of vacation ownership resorts.
We have handled multiple transactions for Wyndham Worldwide throughout the Eastside. In 2006 we completed a 25,000 square foot lease in Bellevue and a 48,000 square foot lease in Redmond. We are currently negotiating a sale-leaseback for Wyndham's 80,000 square foot contact center in Redmond, as well as a potential relocation of its 9,000 square foot sales office in Bothell.
