Throughout the nation, Fiserv has been trying to reduce its facilities cost. Fiserv originally leased 39,000 square feet on I-90 for eight years. Washington Partners went to work with the goal of reducing bottom line costs for Fiserv while maintaining convenience and desirability. Utilizing employee location maps, traffic patterns and creative space planning we were able to show Fiserv how they could reduce their overall facilities costs by over 36%.
