Washington Partners initial assignment for Intelius was an 800 square foot expansion at the City Center Bellevue building. One of the main concerns Intelius had with their office space was a facilities plan that allowed for expansion and flexibility due to the rapid growth of the company. Washington Partners was able to negotiate a lease for Intelius that offered expansion and relocation options that are flexible and accommodating to the growth of the company. Intelius currently occupies about 40,000 square feet.
