In 2005 Brook Sports engaged Washington Partners to take control of an on-going existing renewal negotiation for its 32,000 square foot corporate office requirement. Washington Partners was able to reposition the renewal negotiations which resulted in renewal terms that afforded Brook Sports the opportunity to construct new tenant improvements required to accommodate Brooks for another lease term. In 2007, Washington Partners advised Brooks Sports in identifying and negotiating a 20,000 square foot expansion premises within close proximity to its headquarters facility.
